The stakes are higher than ever at the Kona Throw Down, where the single largest marlin of the tournament can walk away with a winner-takes-all purse from both the base entry and a special “throw down” category. Optional jackpots for tag points and dailies keep things interesting for all teams.

6:30 PM – Previous Tournament’s(FCO) Awards Presentation & Raffle Drawings
7:15 PM – Kona Throw Down Captain’s Meeting
Tuesday 7/7, Wednesday 7/8, & Thursday 7/9
6:30-7 AM: Visual check out North Side of Fuel Dock
7 AM: Shotgun Start
4 PM: Lines Out
6 PM: All boats inside Honokohau Marina
6:30 PM: Deadline for release video submissions (see below for exceptions)
Friday, July 10

4 PM: SMD Registration open for the next tournament
5 PM: Live Music, Party, and Dinner at Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club
6:30 PM – Kona Throw Down Awards Presentation & Raffle Drawings
