Hemingway Daiquiri
- 2 oz. Prichard’s Crystal Rum
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- Fresh Strawberries
Fill shaker with ice. Add Crystal Rum, lime juice, simple syrup and a slice of strawberry. Shake well and pour into chilled glass (strained). Garnish with strawberry or slice of lime.

The Bay Watch
- 2 oz. South Bay Rum
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- Kiwi
- Fresh Mint Leaves
Muddle mint and kiwi in a tall glass. Fill glass with ice. In shaker, add South Bay Rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well and pour over ice.

- 4 oz. Ginger Beer

The Dock Holiday
- 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1.5 oz. Twenty Boat Spiced Rum
- Splash of Soda
- Orange Zest
- Lemon Zest
In a rocks glass, muddle 3 fresh mint leaves in .5 oz of Twenty Boat Spiced Rum. Add ice, the remaining rum and a splash of soda. Garnish with orange and lemon zests and a sprig of mint.
