Wednesday, July 3

Kickoff Party and Final Registration begins at 4:00 p.m. in the Hamilton Princess’ Harborview Ballroom. Dinner Buffet starts at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Captains Meeting and Goslings Tasting Bar at 7:30 p.m.

All teams that are preregistered and teams needing to register must send at least one representative to obtain tournament credentials.
All boat captains must attend the scheduled captains and anglers meeting at 7:30 p.m. If they do not attend, they accept and agree to be bound by all instructions and/or rule changes made orally or in writing during that meeting.

Thursday, July 4

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out. Private Tournament Goslings/Tito’s Bar at Barr’s Bay Park weigh station starting at 5:30 p.m.

Friday, July 5

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out. Private Tournament Grillin’ with Traeger, Meater, Goslings & Tito’s at Barr’s Bay Park weigh station starting at 5 p.m.

Saturday, July 6

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out. Private Tournament Grillin’ with Traeger, Meater, Goslings & Tito’s at Barr’s Bay Park weigh station starting at 5 p.m.

Sunday, July 7

Awards Banquet and Goslings Tasting Bar will be held from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Hamilton Princess Hotel.

Event Locations: The Hamilton Princess Hotel. Weigh-ins and release video check-ins at the Barr’s Bay Park Waterfront.

Saturday, July 13

Kickoff Party and Final Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. in the Hamilton Princess’ Harborview Ballroom. Dinner Buffet starts at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Captains Meeting at 7:30 p.m. Make sure to try the rum at the Goslings tasting bar.

Sunday, July 14

Boat parade off the Hamilton Princess dock at 6:30 a.m. Participants are encouraged to decorate their boats’ outriggers with flags and banners. All boats to line up behind the lead boat at 6:30 a.m. and start a slow parade to Two Rocks Passage.

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out.

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Image review and weigh-in at Barr’s Bay Park.

Private Goslings/Tito’s bar. Grillin’ with Traeger, Meater, W Sauce and Benchmade Knives. Come taste some awesome bites by Barbeque Pit Masters Chef Chad and Chef Julie.

Monday, July 15

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out.

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Image review and weigh-in at Barr’s Bay Park.

Private Goslings/Tito’s bar. Grillin’ with Traeger, Meater, W Sauce and Benchmade Knives. Come taste some awesome bites by Barbeque Pit Masters Chef Chad and Chef Julie.

Tuesday, July 16

Fishing day: 8:30 a.m. start, 4:30 p.m. lines out.

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Image review and weigh-in at Barr’s Bay Park. Private Goslings/Tito’s bar.

Wednesday, July 17

5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. – Goslings/Tito’s Happy Hour at the Rosedon Hotel Garden across the street from the Hamilton princess.

Dinner Gala and Awards at 6:30 pm in the Hamilton Princess’ Harborview Ballroom. Enjoy more of your favorite rum at the Goslings tasting bar. Get your duty-free Goslings on your way out.

Event Locations: The Hamilton Princess Hotel, Harborview Ballroom. Weigh-ins and release video check-ins at the Barr’s Bay Park Waterfront. Private Goslings/Tito’s bar at Barr’s Bay Park with specialty Goslings and Tito’s cocktails each day.

Friday, July 19

5 – 8:30 p.m. Kickoff Party! Final Registration, Dinner Buffet and Captains Meeting at the Docksider Pub Hamilton. Captains Meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m.
