Sherrell Carter recently lost an estimated 500 pound black marlin, on 9-pound line, when it dove down deep after a 7-hour and 40-minute fight. Then, Saturday she caught a 44.9-pound mahi on 2-pound line! The fish is currently pending to become the IGFA World Record on 2-pound line. The fish was caught off Tropic Star Lodge in Panama.
