We love to kick up our cocktails with jalapeños. This one gets cooled down with crisp celery and a touch of ­citrus on the back end, which is especially refreshing when slaving over a hot grill.   • 1¼ oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • ¾ oz. orange liquor
  • ¾ oz. celery juice
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. agave
  • 3 jalapeño slices

Slightly muddle jalapeño slices in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients, and shake well. Strain into a glass over ice. Garnish with ­jalapeño and lime slices.
