A cool caffeine pick-me-up is just what you’ll need before or after doing battle with this decadent Grilled Rib-Eye Cap Steak dinner, and this cocktail pairing is a no-brainer—for us, anyway. Kinda like dessert, but better.
- 2 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 1 oz. coffee liqueur
- ½ oz. espresso
- Splash of half-and-half, if desired
- 3 espresso beans
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until ice crystals form on the outside and the contents are foamy, then strain into a cold martini glass, and garnish with espresso beans.
