Tito’s Chilton Cocktail Recipe

An easy-to-prepare cocktail that goes well with any fish dish

Anything sparkly and lemony you can whip up to go with Grill-Roasted Whole Branzino will be a hit out of the park, but we’re partial to this simple cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1¼ oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • 3 oz. sparkling water
  • 1½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • Salt, for the rim

Preparation

Add vodka and lemon juice to a ­cocktail shaker with ice, and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a salt-rimmed glass. Top with ­sparkling water and a lemon slice.
