Tito’s has heard that starting your day with a glass of celery juice has its perks, but we prefer to add vodka for a boozy way to drink our greens. Thanks for the tip, Tito’s! This cocktail pairs perfectly with Karl’s Classic Grilled Grouper.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 1¼ oz. celery juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. lime juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake well. Strain to a champagne coupe, and garnish with celery leaves and a lime slice.
