- 1 ½ oz. gin
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 3 cucumber slices
- fresh lime juice
In a cocktail shaker, muddle three cucumber slices, a splash of fresh lime juice, and mint. Add 1½ oz. of gin, ½ oz. of simple syrup, and ice. Shake well, and strain into a coupe or tall glass with crushed ice. Top with sparkling water, and garnish with a cucumber slice. This cocktail pairs perfectly with Aloha Ono with Grilled Pineapple and Jicama.
