Garmin has introduced OneHelm, an integrated solution that brings the ability to control non-Garmin onboard systems such as underwater lights, digital switching and more to the Garmin multi-function display. Designed for third-party companies, this solution allows the captain or boat owner to control a wide variety of equipment from the helm while also eliminating the need for multiple control displays and devices. Since becoming available late last year, several companies and their systems and technologies have been integrated into OneHelm and are being announced in conjunction with this release, including Boning, CZone, Lumishore, OctoPlex, SeaKeeper and ShadowCaster.
