- 1 1/2 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 3/4 oz. pear brandy
- 1/2 oz. yuzu juice
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. elderflower syrup
- 1 dash bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Champagne coupe or martini glass, and garnish with a pear slice or lemon twist.
