Tito’s Handmade Vodka Pear Blossom Cocktail Recipe

With notes of tart citrus to sweet pear, just add Tito’s to enjoy a cocktail that tastes freshly picked, a ­perfect pairing with peppery seared tuna. This cocktail pairs perfectly with Seared Tuna with Sesame, Black Pepper and Coriander Crust.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
• 3/4 oz. pear brandy
• 1/2 oz. yuzu juice
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. elderflower syrup
• 1 dash bitters

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Champagne coupe or martini glass, and ­garnish with a pear slice or lemon twist.
