As the Zac Brown Band says, “toes in the water”—well, you know the rest—but we rather prefer a slushy mango-inspired cocktail in our hand whenever we fire up the Big Green Egg, at least this time. This cocktail pairs perfectly with Grilled Shrimp with Malanga Puree and Mango-Star Fruit Sauce.
- 5 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 4 oz. coconut water
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups ice
Add all ingredients to a blender, and whirl until smooth. Pour into a short glass, and garnish with a mango slice.
