Frozen Paloma Recipe

A refreshing frozen cocktail that's perfect for those hot afternoons

This cocktail pairs well with Tony’s Dorado Tacos.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. blanco tequila
  • 2 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • ½ cup ice

Preparation

Add the ingredients into a blender with ice, and blend until smooth. Pour the cocktail into a lowball glass, and garnish with a grapefruit or lime wedge.
