Kickstart brunch with the Tito’s Kimchi Bloody, a bold cocktail blending Tito’s Handmade Vodka, tomato juice, kimchi, rice wine vinegar, and chili for a spicy, tangy, umami-packed drink. Serve over ice with a nori garnish for a unique twist on a classic Bloody Mary. This cocktail pairs perfectly with Smoked Barbecue Beef Ribs.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • 10 oz. tomato juice
  • ½ cup kimchi
  • 1 oz. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp. ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp. chili sauce
  • ½ tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 cup ice

To Prepare

Stir all ingredients in pitcher. Pour over ice. Garnish with nori. Pro tip: salt rim with black salt.
