Consistent fishing pays off for the team
Tranquilo wins Mukul International in Nicaragua

Tranquilo, led by owners Ken and Amanda Cofer, continued their winning ways at the Mukul International Tournament, hosted by the ultra-luxurious Mukul Beach Resort on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast. They were the top boat for each day of the two-day tournament to add yet another trophy to their collection, tallying 3,400 points. The second place team, Gallo Pinto, scored 2,300 points, and Rum Runner was third with 1,900 points. Super Fly won the Gold level with 900 points. Frances Durman was the event’s top angler with 1,100 points. The 11 competing boats released a total of 102 sailfish and five marlin over the course of the two-day tournament.
