I am a Marlin subscriber and, honestly, enjoy it from cover to cover. I have fished for many years in fresh and salt water, but my fondest times and best stories come from the Atlantic waters between Rhode Island, Block Island and Montauk, New York. About the only thing we were never successful at, although we put a lot of hours into it, was harpooning or "ironing" a broadbill. January 22-23, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico After two days of great fishing, the final standings of the World Billfish Series Grand Championship were so close that only the time of release separated the leaders: Karl Knudsen, Gary Roth, Shane McMahon, Brenda Kelly and Rick Shedore.
