Marlin World Records

On Feb. 29, 1992, Paulo Amorium caught a record 1,402-pound, 2-ounce Atlantic blue marlin. He caught the giant fish off Vitoria, Brazil. The big marlin ate a pink-and-white Mold Craft Super Chugger lure.
