The I Classic Blue Marlin – Catch and Release for Children and Youth with Special Needs CIAMI tournament will be held on October 21, 22 and 23 in Puerto La Cruz, Anzoátegui State, Venezuela.
This event will donate 50% of the funds collected for registration to the Foundation Center for Integrated Child Support and Improvement (CIAMI), the rest will be used to cover the cost of the event and create a fund reserve for future projects to benefit this same foundation. Additionally, any material or product that companies donate to charity will be included in a raffle where 100% of funds raised by it will be donated to the foundation.
Tournament organizers estimate 30 boats participating, with more than 100 people the day of registration and an estimated 250 people at the awards ceremony and delivery of donations to the Foundation CIAMI.
The Foundation Center for Integrated Child Support and Improvement (CIAMI, http://www.ciami.net) is to serve children, youth and adults with special educational needs through a comprehensive treatment provided by a multidisciplinary team which allowed the full integration of academic, social and labor and in turn, guide the family, since as a fundamental, must be actively involved in the education of their children.
