While the white marlin action remains reliably strong off the East Coast in September, those with an adventurous streak can hit the international circuit for some fantastic opportunities. The islands of the Seychelles will see excellent action on black marlin and big Pacific sailfish, while Australia will also invite anglers with terrific light-tackle opportunities for black marlin opportunities. Closer to home, look no farther than the Florida Keys outpost of Islamorada for swordfish, where daytime deep-dropping reigns supreme.
