FJ Propeller Miami Announces Acquisition of Anchor Miami Propeller

The purchase was completed on July 19, 2013. FJ Propeller Miami has moved into the current home of Anchor Miami Propeller at 2185 NW 34th Ave, Miami, FL 33142. All current phone numbers remain the same.

Anchor Miami was established in 1947 and is known throughout Latin America as a leader for the source of running gear.

This acquisition strengthens the FJ Propeller brand’s capabilities by now providing our customers in South Florida with an experienced, qualified staff of 37 which includes; 15 propeller technicians, 7 machinists, 7 customer service reps, 1 Naval Architect, 1 engineer, plus 6 support staff and management personnel. Equipment includes; (6) Hale MRI’s (up to 80″ diameter capacity) – (2) Dynamic Balancing Machines (up to 80″ diameter capacity) – (8) Lathes_(up to 4″ diameter capacity)_ – (4) Shaft Straightening Presses (up to 6″ capacity)

FJ Propeller Miami is a subsidiary of Frank & Jimmie’s Propeller in Fort Lauderdale which is the largest and most respected propeller shop in the world and was also established in 1947.
