Fin-Nor's Powerlite Standup rods
Fin-Nor's Powerlite Standup rods feature an innovative blank construction that combines overlapping layers of strong, flexible fiberglass and lightweight, high-module graphite.

A legendary name in the sport of big-game fishing, Fin-Nor built most of the reels used by the pioneers of our sport to catch the biggest fish of their day. After a much too long absence from the offshore market, Fin-Nor returns with a vengeance, offering a new
line of blue-water rods.

Fin-Nor's Powerlite Standup rods feature an innovative blank construction that combines overlapping layers of strong, flexible fiberglass and lightweight, high-module graphite. This results in a thin yet extremely light, strong rod. Fin-Nor outfits the rods with triple-wrapped Fuji HB guides, allowing you to fish heavy mono and braided lines without worrying about twisting or breaking. Aluminum reel seats with a slick finish and built-in gimbal complete these fine rods.

The 5-foot, 9-inch Powerlite Standups come in four different strengths including 20-, 30-, 50- and 80-pound versions. Powerlite rods also come in 7-foot conventional and spinning rod versions.
