Fin-Nor finally arose from the ashes a few years ago after being purchased by Zebco. A big, all-metal-body spinning reel, the Fin-Nor Sportfisher 80 holds 330 yards of 20-pound mono and can put out more than 38 pounds of drag — way more than most anglers can even hold! The reel boasts a continuous anti-reverse clutch, 4+1 bearing performance, a smooth and front-adjustable carbon-fiber drag system, a forged aluminum spool, electrostatic multilayer corrosion protection and a heavy-duty aluminum crank handle. And the bait-runner-style drag on the back lets you free line baits without worrying about drag settings — just turn the handle when the fish takes the bait and you automatically switch to your drag setting.
