Although the fishing off Morocco is likely outstanding all along the country's coast, local sport-fishing facilities are mainly concentrated at the Mohammedia Marina. Among a dozen local big-game fishing boats, five are available for private professional charters. The most well-known fishermen here are Yves Coeffard and Fouad Sahaoui, the IGFA representative for Morocco and a world record holder for white marlin in the saltwater fly fishing category. Coeffard operates a 31-foot Bertram, while Sahaoui runs a 28-foot Draco.
