Roscioli International

Bob Roscioli started his career in the marine industry as an apprentice in 1962. Within a year's time he began developing the painting technique that would eventually launch his marine companies, Donzi Yachts by Roscioli International and the Roscioli Yachting Center.
In the late 1980s, Roscioli designed and built the first of its fleet of sport-fishing yachts using the Donzi name, which the company had acquired. "We've been building boats for 21 years and have built 62 vessels to date, delivering approximately three per year," Roscioli says. The company builds four custom sport-fishing models — a 58, 65, 73 and 80.
"At Roscioli, we focus on delivering quality sport-fishing yachts that combine state-of-the-art technology with old-school craftsmanship," Roscioli says. "Balancing new ideas with proven methodologies results in sport-fishing boats with superior performance, speed, safety, seakeeping and attention to detail."
Speed and performance have always been the benchmark of a Roscioli-built boat. "One of the signature characteristics of a Donzi Yacht by Roscioli is speed," he says. "However, we believe performance should be the ultimate quest; we define performance as the perfect balance between speed, comfort, handling capabilities and safety."
All of the company's custom yachts are designed in-house and overseen by Roscioli. He personally checks each project, step-by-step, to ensure that his standard of quality and craftsmanship is maintained or surpassed.

"Every Roscioli-built boat is well-designed, comprising stand-out characteristics such as distinctive style lines, innovative floor plans, hull and deck infusion molding, our painting process, and most of all, the application of custom details for our clientele," Roscioli says.
Roscioli builds yachts that can make long cruises to exotic fishing locales. As finding good fuel abroad can pose a major problem, Roscioli looked to the megayacht arena for an answer. "We were the first to use Alfa Laval (centrifuge) in the sport-fish industry," he says. "We adapted that technology from the megayachts we repair at our shipyard and incorporated it into our sport-fish line. This system should solve most of the problems with dirty fuel and provide the advantage of a superior filtering system."
